I am specialized in both men's and women’s physiques. A Bit About Me

Randi Madden, is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer residing in Fort Worth Texas. 

Randi attended Midwestern State University where she was a student athlete studying Radiological Technology and Psychology. As a student athlete Randi spent most of her free time training and learning about the Anatomy and Physiology of the human body.  As a result, Randi acquired multiple personal training certifications and continues to broaden her knowledge through additional certifications and personal research. 

Randi is specialized in both Men and Women’s:

  • Muscle Growth 

  • Performance Training

  • Corrective Exercise

  • Pre & postnatal Training

  • Nutrition

  • Metabolic Flexibility

Another specialty & passion Randi has is Glute Development. With her credentials in functional training she emphasizes the importance of glute mobility and the large role it plays in proper pelvic alignment as well as injury prevention.
